Simon’s fitting for his incredible Gieves leather jacket by David Taub. This is just the test fitting done in waste cloth and it already looks incredibly awesome.
So much being written lately about how people that enjoy tailored clothing are stuffy oldheads that are stuck in their ways and can’t appreciate more casual clothing. What’s hilariously ironic about it is that these graphic tee, blean wearing writers are even less open to change than the people they’re calling out.
It’s possible to wear and appreciate both casual and tailored clothing, as Simon does here. But just because I don’t wear ironic Hermes t-shirts doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate other modes of dressing. Find something else to write about that’s funnier or more insightful. Like farting. No one ever gets sick of fart jokes.
